🎓 Training Courses & Certifications
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for training courses are subject to the following conditions:

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- You have attended more than 10% of the course
- You have downloaded course materials or certificates
- The course completion certificate has been issued
- You violate course policies or terms of service
- You fail to attend classes due to personal reasons (after course start)
- You are expelled for misconduct or policy violations
Course Rescheduling
Instead of a refund, you may request to:
- Reschedule: Transfer to the next available batch (one-time only, no fee)
- Change Course: Switch to a different course of equal or lesser value
⏱️ Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
💻 IT Services (Web/App Development, Software, etc.)
Project-Based Services
For custom development projects (websites, apps, software):
- Before Project Start: 100% refund (minus 10% administrative fee)
- After Project Start (0-25% completion): 75% refund
- 26-50% Completion: 50% refund
- Above 50% Completion: No refund (milestone payments are non-refundable)
Milestone-Based Payments
If you paid in milestones:
- Only payments for incomplete milestones are eligible for partial refund
- Completed milestone payments are non-refundable
- Work-in-progress milestones may receive 50% refund
Cancellation by Client
If you cancel the project:
- You must provide written notice via email
- Refund amount depends on project completion percentage
- Any delivered work becomes your property (no refund for that portion)
- Intellectual property rights transfer according to contract terms
Cancellation by EthicsComputer
If we cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You receive a 100% refund of all advance payments
- Any completed work is delivered to you free of charge
⚠️ No Refund If: Client provides incomplete requirements, delays project approval, requests major scope changes after approval, or violates contract terms.
🤝 Consultancy & Advisory Services
For consultancy, advisory, and one-time services:
- Before Service Delivery: 100% refund (if canceled 24 hours before scheduled time)
- Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Time: 50% refund
- After Service Starts: No refund
- Hourly Consultations: Only unused hours are refundable
Rescheduling
You may reschedule consultancy sessions:
- Up to 24 hours before the scheduled time (no fee)
- Within 24 hours (subject to availability)
📦 Digital Products & Downloadable Content
For e-books, templates, software licenses, and digital downloads:
- Before Download: 100% refund (within 24 hours of purchase)
- After Download: No refund (digital products cannot be returned)
- Defective Product: Replacement or full refund (if product is unusable or not as described)
⚠️ Important: Once you download or access digital content, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable (except for defective products).
📊 CA, Legal, & Professional Services
For CA services, legal consultancy, and professional services:
- Before Work Starts: 100% refund (minus 10% processing fee)
- Work in Progress: Refund of unused service fees (based on work completed)
- After Service Completion: No refund
- Government Fees: Non-refundable (filing fees, registration fees, etc.)
📝 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Approval/Rejection: You will receive an email notification about the decision

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refunded to the bank account
- Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet
- Cash/Cheque: Bank transfer (provide bank details)

💸 Deductions & Fees
The following deductions may apply to refunds:
- Payment Gateway Charges: 2-3% (non-refundable transaction fees)
- Administrative Fee: Up to 10% (for processing and handling)
- Government Fees: Non-refundable (GST, filing fees, etc.)
- Third-Party Costs: Non-refundable (domain registration, hosting, licenses)
⚠️ Example: If you paid ₹10,000 and are eligible for a 100% refund, you may receive ₹9,700 after deducting payment gateway charges (₹300).
🚫 Cancellation by EthicsComputer
In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule services due to:
- Insufficient enrollments (for training courses)
- Trainer unavailability or emergencies
- Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
Your Options if We Cancel
- Full Refund: Receive 100% refund (no deductions)
- Reschedule: Move to the next available batch/date
- Credit: Receive credit for future services
⚠️ Exceptions & Special Cases
No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- You violate our Terms of Service or code of conduct
- You provide false or fraudulent information
- You misuse our services or engage in prohibited activities
- You fail to cooperate or provide required information
- Services are suspended due to non-payment
- You receive services as part of a promotional offer or discount
- Third-party services or products (we can only refund our service fees)
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government restrictions), we will make reasonable efforts to:

- Provide alternative delivery methods
- Offer credit for future use
Refunds during force majeure events are at our sole discretion.
